Since 1992

A Traditional Family Run and owned Business since its formation in 1992 PJS Building Services was set up by Peter James Sollis and soon after was joined by his father Peter Bernard Sollis to run the Electrical Division.

We quickly established a reputation for delivering an outstanding first class Building and Electrical service throughout London and surrounding areas.

Professionalism, Quality & Customer care are the core values of our company and we take great pride in every project we deliver, from large scale industrial & Commercial installations, Local Authorities and Schools to private domestic projects, Extensions, Aids & Adaptations and repairs.

Development of our staff through training and through our Apprenticeship scheme has been key to developing our Dedicated, professional & experienced teams committed to providing a professional customer- centric, and Right first time service for our clients.

Holbie Sollis joined the company in 2006 as an apprentice Electrician and has gone on to complete his apprenticeship and through a scheme of continuous personal development training backed by the company has risen to the position of Nic-eic Qualifying Manager and following the retirement of Mr Peter Bernard Sollis in 2011 has taken over the management of the Electrical Division and is driving this part of our business in to the forefront of Modern sustainable green technologies.
